Organica Managed System | SEO & SMO tools | Social Media Marketing

Managed Organica

Our Organica Team promotions our clients' websites using the methods of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO). This means that the Organica team creates unique content (in collaboration with the Customer) and propagates it over relevant Web 2.0 resources and social networks. Organica team members use an educational/entertaining style in their content writing and avoid spam-like behavior in personal communications with your customers.

Our web-based application, Organica, is used for registration and further analysis of all promotional actions over Web 2.0. Organica also provides a set of useful tools for automation of routine operations of the team.

An Organica Project consists of two phases:

  • Start-Up Phase: Project space is built and keyword-driven in-site SEO actions is conducted
  • Promotion Phase: The team does continuous content creation and its propagation over Web 2.0 resources.

The Start-Up Phase is relatively short. It takes about 2-3 weeks. The Promotion Phase usually has wider time frames – anywhere from 1 to 3 years. However, its timing is different from the default 8- hours-per-day timing and takes about 2-3 hours of an Organica Engineer’s time per day.

The main duty of the Organica team is simulation of permanent, positive social activity of your website through promotion. In a standard SMM/SMO project, each website receives around 400- 500 small and medium-sized social actions like cross-posting, blog commenting, e-Book uploading, following, and personal/group messaging. This level of activity gives a signal to Alexa and Google about an active and relevant website.

SMO has another effect on website promotion in comparison to classic search engine optimization (SEO). Let’s consider the main differences between them:

  • SMO creates traffic of visitors immediately. On the other hand, SEO has long “silent” period until a website appears on the first 1-2 pages of Google Search which can be a result of non- compelling keywords.
  • SEO ignores "no follow" types of links which do not affect Google ranking. SMO creates channels of visitor traffic in any case. The main target of SMO is creation of a community with attention to the personality of visitors.
  • The SMO model uses useful or fun content to attract visitors and indirectly promote products. SEO main purpose is the direct advertising of products.
  • SMO uses social clouds as an extension of the company website and has more space for conversional activities whereas SEO narrows the conversion of visitors to a website’s area.

The Organica uses Social Media Marketing. Keyword selection, content optimization, and driving keywords are mandatory tools to create a foundation for Social Media Marketing. Blog commenting, social bookmarking, and Tweeting then uses that foundation to drive Social Media Optimization. We have also created mixed tools such as Listeners which can measure social popularity of a given keyword with, for instance, Twitter users.
